The refined Villa Ghiringhelli is a historic residence located in Azzate, near Varese. Dating back to the 18th century, the property takes its name from the Ghiringhelli family, who acquired it in 1976. Over the following years, Antonio Ghiringhelli dedicated himself to the complete recovery and restoration of the complex.
In the '80s, after the completion of the works, he permanently moved into the Villa, now restored to its former splendor. This marked the beginning of a long social period for the mansion, opening its doors to parties and receptions. Antonio Ghiringhelli loved inviting not only his dearest friends but also collaborators from his textile company and various local political figures.
Upon Antonio's death, Villa Ghiringhelli passed through inheritance to his daughter Maria Antonietta. In the early years of the new millennium, she decided to reopen the residence for celebrations. With the help of her daughter Rita, Maria Antonietta transformed the structure into a charming event venue, hosting weddings, conventions, and private celebrations since 2017.

Villa Ghiringhelli: The Structure of the Venue
Villa Ghiringhelli is an elegant and diverse residence, with the typical lines of magnificent neoclassical homes from the eighteenth century. It is a complex consisting of numerous areas developed around a romantic inner courtyard. The structure is surrounded by a beautiful centuries-old park that extends over 20 hectares.
Walking along its avenues, you reach the scenic belvedere, from which you can admire both Lake Varese and the Monte Rosa mountain range. Ascending to the main body, the park gently fades into a romantic Italian garden. This houses various areas of the residence, including a modern pool area, charming caves, and a private chapel.
Reaching the elegant facade of the main building, you then access the splendid interiors of the complex. Entering Villa Ghiringhelli allows you to enjoy the rich artistic heritage of the place, choosing from five different lounges. Characterized by frescoes and original 18th-century furniture, the indoor halls can accommodate over 100 guests. In addition to these, there are additional seating spaces on the veranda overlooking the park.
On the lower floor, you will find the ancient cellars and the complex's disco. The cellars feature high vaults with late medieval lines, creating a suggestive environment for an informal dinner. The disco, on the other hand, is furnished in full 1970s style, enhanced by a glossy black floor and orange sofas. The large strobe ball in the center of the room amplifies the atmosphere, making the space perfect for a lively post-dinner dance.
